Hi all! Bonjour à toys !
It's time for a bit of conjugation today, yay! Some of you might not know, but there's a shortcut to express yourself in the future, in French. The first tense is pretty formal and though it can be used in various contexts, it might sometimes be tricky to learn for foreigners. Instead, you can refer to the Near Future, certainly the simplest tense to conjugate. All you need to know is the verb "to go" at the present tense.
After that, you simply add to it the infinitive form of the verb you need, et voilà, boom, you're talking in the future!
Je vais manger = I will eat.
Tu vas pleurer. = You will cry
It works with every verb, no exceptions, no crazy rule, nothing. And quite frankly it feels good once in a while!
But you will still need a bit of practice, won't you? Click and the worksheet below and download it (free now and forever!)
